Force Foundations has been undertaking below ground structural works since 1994.

We work either directly for homeowners or for their professional advisors including architects, designers, and engineers, or as subcontractors for some of the leading residential main contractors.

Most of our projects come from repeat customers and personal recommendations and our portfolio includes over 250 completed projects in the South of England ranging from £30,000 to over £250,000.

We specialise in geo engineering, temporary works to facilitate structural refurbishment, and can also complete most above ground structural work, especially if this above groundwork is integral to the substructure construction.

In addition, we still complete remedial foundation work for major insurers, local authorities, and housing associations, having passed their audit procedures for technical competence, financial stability and health and safety performance.

Most of our work is carried out within the residential sector whether we are dealing with homeowners, their professional teams, or main contractors we feel that the personal approach is important. Every aspect of our business is marked by our desire to deliver the best to our clients.

We also understand that our works has the potential to cause significant disturbance to neighbours, residents, and others working near our sites. We place dealing well with and being considerate to all third parties as a high priority.

Our directors have led several initiatives to improve H+S in the construction sector including co-writing several best practice publications, which includes one publication endorsed by the HSE. This work led to our Operations Director being awarded the prestigious RoSPA Guardian Angel Award.
