PROJECT SCOPE

We were appointed to complete the following works:

1. Design & install temporary works to the unsafe boundary wall.
2. Install mass concrete underpins to the boundary wall.
3. Design and install bearing piles for a new garden office structure.
4. Install RC pile caps/RC beams for new garden office structure.

FORCE SOLUTION

Adjustable props raking to MC thrust blocks enabled us to install the MC underpins in a hit-one-miss-two sequence without destabilising the boundary wall.

Following the underpinning, the piles were drilled with a restricted access piling rig, ground levels reduced, and the new RC footings installed.
